My Music

I've been composing music in some shape or fashion for 25 years now from electronic music as a teenager to classical ensemble music in college to music for groups that played electric rock, acoustic folk/pop, and classical piano trio to my current blend of instrumental pop/classical/folk. Below are some examples of my recorded work. These days I prefer playing and writing without a screen for solo piano or guitar so I have many more unrecorded pieces as well! These recordings will give you an idea of my sensibilities and style though and where I've come from as a musician.

The 50 Project was a crowdfunded challenge of writing 50 instrumental pieces in 52 weeks. It ranges across all my styles of from bedroom pop, to cinematic orchestral pieces, to fullblown rock tracks, to experimental soundscapes, to chamber music and everything that comes with blending those.

Conversation Pieces is a collection of instrumental pieces based on conversations I had with various creatives for a podcast.

Each piece in this collection was based off a conversation with a creative about their specific creative process. Then I created a piece based around a handful of their ideas/methods.
